Currently my summer housing involves gracing back alleyways and underpasses in between work and class hours, but really I only need to find 7 other people willing to live here.It looks big enough to be a nice college residence (at least in the Dickens-like orphanage style I'd imagine would have to be the case with 10 people residing) which is good because that's the only way I'd ever be able to afford it.

I'd totally live there. It looks really spacious...but the lighting makes the space seem reeeally cozy. Gawd. <3
Is rent really that high in New York City? A place like that in Toronto, should it have been a loft 1 bedroom, located downtown, would probably go for 1200 to 1800...
